Pre-Construction.
Pre-construction involves working with you to find a plan to suit your block of land, your needs and your budget.
You have the choice to build straight off plan from one of our standard designs or we can bring your dreams to life with a custom design.
Construction.
Throughout the construction phase, we work with trusted subcontractors such as electricians and plumbers to help keep your job on schedule. Our goal is to get you into your dream home without compromising on quality.
Post-Construction.
The last step in any build and the most exciting is the post- construction phase. This phase includes site cleanup, final inspections and move in co-ordination. After completion, we have a final walk-through to ensure your satisfaction.
